Zain Ahmed is an Associate Attorney with the firm’s Health Care Team, assisting hospitals, health systems, and research institutions in hiring and retaining foreign national employees, as well as assisting foreign national clinicians, educators and scientists with employment-based immigration needs.

Zain brings more than a decade of experience in regulatory compliance, legal analysis, management, and client advocacy to the firm, having previously served in corporate settings as Board Secretary and Legal Counsel, advising executive leadership on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.

Zain holds an LL.M from SZAB University of Law, and LL.B (Hons). from the University of London, and has specialized training in corporate & banking laws, dispute resolution, management, and finance. Zain is fluent in Hindi and Urdu.
